We stopped for lunch and the place was busy, but we were seated immediately. Server (Gabriele) came quickly to take our drink orders. She came back quickly with our drinks, and we ordered up our meals. My wife ordered the Filet Trio, and I ordered the Gyros & Souvlaki Zorba Dinner. No appetizer as we both ordered large meals. Food came fairly quickly, and both meals were extremely delicious. Service was great as she checked often with us. Both of us needed boxes, and Gabriele saw this from across the room, and we had them at the table without asking. Again, great service! Nice relaxing lunch!

Went in for lunch and it was delicious as usual. We had a burger and a gyro plate. Their gyros are always upper tender and flavorful. Love the popcorn on the table and we tried the rum flight which did not disappoint! Also recommend the mai tai to go bottles.

My server was excellent. The food was plated beautifully. Everything was well made, it just needed more seasoning. I will definitely be back to try other dishes.

The Village Squire – Come for the Atmosphere, Stay for the Food (and Drinks!) Let’s be real — people come to The Village Squire for the environment. And honestly, it’s worth it. For kids especially, it’s a memorable experience: wood walls, creaky floors, cozy booths, stained glass, and full suits of knight’s armor give it a medieval, storybook vibe that’s hard to forget. That said, the food holds its own. The saganaki is exactly what you’d expect — hot, cheesy, and delicious. The endless popcorn appetizer is a quirky, fun touch that feels nostalgic and just plain good. But my personal favorite? The Squire Drink Sampler. It’s the perfect way to try a bit of everything — a great mix of their best cocktails, and it always feels like a treat.

We have been there twice now. Service was excellent both times. Great Medieval style atmosphere. Got the beer battered cod dinner once and the Ribs /chicken tenders once they were all delicious. Also had skins as an app and the french onion soup is the best i have ever had. The onions literally melt in your mouth! I love the Rum flight-darling little glasses with 4 different tropical rum drinks. Almost got 2! We will be coming again frequently as we look forward to trying everything on the menu!

The service was excellent. the food was a cut above typical restaurant food. I was pleasantly surprised by the mushrooms in the French dip. we tried the sagnaki flaming cheese dish and that was delicious and entertaining. I had a few Blue Knight drinks to round out the meal. great time!.
